A delegation from the “China state construction” group visited the headquarters of the New Cities Implementation Authority in Baghdad. The Chinese delegation presented some of their past and current experiences in implementing large new cities in many countries of the world. And the Director of the Authority indicated the desire to benefit from the experiences of establishing cities in other countries of the world…and he presented the director of the city gave an explanation about the new cities in Iraq and the possibility of the Chinese side participating in the construction of the new cities. The options in this field were discussed. The Chinese delegation will present its vision at a later meeting.
